Your product is live. Now find a repeatable way to bring the right users to it.
TREZVO helps founders choose a target segment, define the real conversion action and test acquisition through landing pages, SEO, content or outreach, with tracking around signup, trial, install, demo, purchase or enquiry.
I have had to solve this problem on my own products too.
These are historical signals from the founder’s own products and product work. They are not TREZVO client cases and they measure different stages.
Nutrition / food mobile app
Mobile product
~500 installs/day
One mobile product reached approximately 500 installs per day. No traffic source, revenue, CAC or retention result is claimed.
15 Minutes Dad
Web product for busy fathers
~40 website visits/day
The metric is website traffic. It is not a count of registrations, users, purchases or a claim about the traffic source.
Mini Love
Lightweight Telegram product
~50 Google visits/day
SEO brought approximately 50 Google visits per day to the product site. Visits are not bot users, customers or purchases.
Historical founder/product experience; each metric describes a different product and stage.
The acquisition experiment
Start with the question, not the channel.
Before choosing a channel, define the action that matters: signup, trial, install, demo, purchase or enquiry. Traffic is diagnostic; the product action is the goal.
01
Segment
Who is most likely to care now?
02
Offer
What problem or outcome should the marketing surface communicate?
03
Conversion
Signup, trial, install, demo, purchase or enquiry?
04
Channel
Search, content, outbound, email or creator outreach?
05
Volume / period / cost
What test is large enough to produce a useful signal?
06
Signal
Did the right people visit and take the desired action?
07
Decision
Repeat, change or stop?
What TREZVO can execute
Build only the pieces the test needs.
Not every product needs every channel. The starting system depends on the audience, conversion and cheapest useful information.
01
Owned conversion surface
Give acquisition traffic somewhere clear to land and convert.
16 years in IT across B2C, B2B, SaaS, marketplaces, mobile and web products, product analytics and acquisition analytics.
That context matters because an acquisition experiment needs a product, a conversion, tracking and a decision rule. It is not just a request to make content.
Before you send the product
Questions founders ask first.
My product has almost no users. Is it too early?
Not necessarily. If the MVP is usable enough for a real person to take the target action, TREZVO can help define a small demand or acquisition test. That does not imply product-market fit.
Do I need a marketing site first?
Not always. It depends on the channel and the existing product surface. If visitors cannot understand the offer or convert, the marketing surface may be the first bottleneck.
Which channel should I start with?
There is no universal answer. Choose based on audience, problem, conversion action, existing demand, available proof or content, cost of testing and ability to measure a signal.
Do you run Google Ads or Meta Ads?
No. TREZVO currently focuses on owned pages, SEO, content, outbound, email, creator outreach and measurement.
Do you optimise onboarding inside my app?
Not as part of this service. The default boundary ends at the defined conversion action and marketing layer.
Can you work with a mobile app?
Yes. The acquisition surface may sit outside the app: a landing page, search, short-form content or creator outreach. The relevant conversion may be an install.
Can you work with an early SaaS?
Yes. The first job may be demand validation rather than scaling.
Do you guarantee users or installs?
No. TREZVO can run grounded acquisition experiments and measure signals where technically possible. No channel guarantees customers.
How quickly do you reply?
Within 24 hours. Text-first through WhatsApp, Telegram or the form. No call is required.
