Yevheny Pianykh, founder of TREZVO, presenting the acquisition decision sequence

Yevheny Pianykh Founder, TREZVO

1 Segment 2 Conversion 3 Channel 4 Test

Choose the starting point

First question: are we proving demand or building the next acquisition route?

The same process supports both states. It changes what we need to learn, not the number of services you have to buy.

01 Validate

You have an MVP, but acquisition is not proven yet.

  • Product built, few users
  • Audience or offer is unclear
  • Too many channel ideas
  • No reliable acquisition data

Choose one segment + one conversion + one channel hypothesis + one measurable test.

See the validation process

02 Acquire

The product has real usage and needs another acquisition route.

  • Existing users or installs
  • One channel already works
  • Acquisition is inconsistent
  • Search, content or outbound is untested

Understand what already works, then test the next channel without rebuilding everything.

Founder product experience

I have had to solve this problem on my own products too.

These are historical signals from the founder’s own products and product work. They are not TREZVO client cases and they measure different stages.

Nutrition / food mobile app

Mobile product

~500 installs/day

One mobile product reached approximately 500 installs per day. No traffic source, revenue, CAC or retention result is claimed.

15 Minutes Dad

Web product for busy fathers

~40 website visits/day

The metric is website traffic. It is not a count of registrations, users, purchases or a claim about the traffic source.

Mini Love

Lightweight Telegram product

~50 Google visits/day

SEO brought approximately 50 Google visits per day to the product site. Visits are not bot users, customers or purchases.

Historical founder/product experience; each metric describes a different product and stage.

The acquisition experiment

Start with the question, not the channel.

Before choosing a channel, define the action that matters: signup, trial, install, demo, purchase or enquiry. Traffic is diagnostic; the product action is the goal.

  1. 01

    Segment

Who is most likely to care now?

  2. 02

    Offer

What problem or outcome should the marketing surface communicate?

  3. 03

    Conversion

Signup, trial, install, demo, purchase or enquiry?

  4. 04

    Channel

Search, content, outbound, email or creator outreach?

  5. 05

    Volume / period / cost

What test is large enough to produce a useful signal?

  6. 06

    Signal

Did the right people visit and take the desired action?

  7. 07

    Decision

    Repeat, change or stop?

What TREZVO can execute

Build only the pieces the test needs.

Not every product needs every channel. The starting system depends on the audience, conversion and cheapest useful information.

01

Owned conversion surface

Give acquisition traffic somewhere clear to land and convert.

  • Marketing landing page
  • Product marketing site
  • Feature or use-case pages
  • Campaign pages
See landing pages

02

Search / SEO

Capture existing search demand where research finds a real opportunity.

  • Keyword and intent research
  • SEO architecture
  • Technical SEO
  • SEO pages and articles
See SEO pages

03

Content

Test whether product situations, problems, demos or founder insight create discovery and consideration.

  • Instagram Reels
  • TikTok
  • YouTube Shorts
  • Supporting social content

04

Outbound

Reach a defined audience directly instead of waiting for discovery.

  • Direct outreach
  • Email outreach
  • Creator or influencer outreach
  • Relevant offer and message

Example experiment patterns

Three ways the system can become a real test.

Search-first SaaS

Product
B2B SaaS
Hypothesis
Buyers already search for a specific problem or use case.
Build
Use-case / search page
Channel
Google organic
Conversion
Demo or trial
Measure
Impressions → visits → demo/trial actions

Founder-led mobile app

Product
Consumer mobile app
Hypothesis
A recurring user problem can create short-form discovery.
Build
Landing page + short videos
Channel
Reels, TikTok or Shorts
Conversion
Install
Measure
Relevant traffic → store/install signal where attribution permits

Niche MVP

Product
Early MVP
Hypothesis
One narrow customer type has a clear immediate problem.
Build
Focused landing page + outreach message
Channel
Direct or email outreach
Conversion
Signup, demo or enquiry
Measure
Contacts → visits/replies → target conversion

Deliberate restraint

More channels are not automatically more acquisition.

TREZVO will not launch SEO, social, outbound, creator outreach and multiple landing pages at once just to create activity.

Which experiment gives us the cheapest useful information?

Where TREZVO stops

The work covers acquisition up to the meaningful conversion boundary.

TREZVO focuses on traffic/source → marketing or search surface → signup, trial, install, demo, purchase or enquiry.

Pricing

Start with the acquisition direction. Then pay for the pieces needed to test it.

The first direction is chosen before implementation is priced. If the test only needs a landing page and tracking, do not buy a content programme.

TREZVO pricing by service
Service Price
Landing page From €300
SEO / search page €50 per language / URL
Content SEO From €100/month
Site support €30/month

Short-form content, outbound, email and creator outreach are scoped after the first acquisition direction is selected.

Product-side experience

I come to marketing from the product side.

16 years in IT across B2C, B2B, SaaS, marketplaces, mobile and web products, product analytics and acquisition analytics.

That context matters because an acquisition experiment needs a product, a conversion, tracking and a decision rule. It is not just a request to make content.

Before you send the product

Questions founders ask first.

My product has almost no users. Is it too early?

Not necessarily. If the MVP is usable enough for a real person to take the target action, TREZVO can help define a small demand or acquisition test. That does not imply product-market fit.

Do I need a marketing site first?

Not always. It depends on the channel and the existing product surface. If visitors cannot understand the offer or convert, the marketing surface may be the first bottleneck.

Which channel should I start with?

There is no universal answer. Choose based on audience, problem, conversion action, existing demand, available proof or content, cost of testing and ability to measure a signal.

Do you run Google Ads or Meta Ads?

No. TREZVO currently focuses on owned pages, SEO, content, outbound, email, creator outreach and measurement.

Do you optimise onboarding inside my app?

Not as part of this service. The default boundary ends at the defined conversion action and marketing layer.

Can you work with a mobile app?

Yes. The acquisition surface may sit outside the app: a landing page, search, short-form content or creator outreach. The relevant conversion may be an install.

Can you work with an early SaaS?

Yes. The first job may be demand validation rather than scaling.

Do you guarantee users or installs?

No. TREZVO can run grounded acquisition experiments and measure signals where technically possible. No channel guarantees customers.
