Google Business Profile
TREZVO sets up and maintains Google Business Profiles for real local businesses — keeping categories, services, hours, photos and business information accurate, and tracking the customer actions Google actually reports.
Measured case
One client profile, managed by TREZVO, reported by Google itself. The figures below are the profile’s own numbers — nothing is converted into sales, bookings or revenue.
Abracadabra — cafe and event space, Alicante
159
phone calls placed from the Business Profile

Measurement period 3 months (March–May 2026)
Compared with the previous 3 months
Google Business Profile activity is an observable customer-action signal. It does not tell us how many of those calls became paying customers, and this is one historical case: local visibility depends on the market, the business, its location, competition and Google’s own systems.

What the profile is for
Local search sends people to the profile before it sends them to a website. Everything the profile shows — categories, services, hours, photos, reviews, location or service area — is what they use to decide whether to contact you.
A profile view is a profile view, not a lead. What the work aims at is the last step: the actions Google makes available and reports.
Product one — one-time
€200one-time, per profile / real location
A single pass that brings the profile in line with the real business and configures the fields Google actually uses. One profile is one setup unit: three legitimate locations with three legitimate profiles is normally 3 × €200.
Initial profile setup is typically completed within 2 working days after TREZVO receives access and all the required business information. Google verification is controlled by Google, so any verification delay sits outside that timeframe. The clock does not start while I am still waiting for access, an address or service area, hours, services, a phone number, a website or media.
Real business data only. Most of this you already have; anything missing is asked for once, in the reply.
How it works
No call is required at any step. The first one costs you a copied link and gets you a written answer within 24 hours.
A Google Business Profile link, a Google Maps link, or a note that no profile exists yet.
Eligibility, basic accuracy, categories, services, media, the general condition of the profile and whatever baseline Google still holds.
One-time setup, ongoing management, or both. If a duplicate or a suspension blocks the work, I say so before anything starts rather than absorbing it silently.
You give profile access and the real business information. Nothing on the profile is invented to fill a gap.
The agreed product is executed: the one-time setup pass, the monthly management work, or both.
Management clients get a monthly report of the customer actions Google reports, plus what I would do next month.
Product two — monthly
€60per month, per profile
3-month minimum — €180 for one profile across three months.
Setup makes the profile correct once. Management keeps it correct: information that changes, photos that stay current, reviews that get answered and a monthly report you can actually read. Priced per profile — three profiles is 3 × €60/month.
10
Google updates / posts published per month
10
new photos you supply, published per month (up to)
Stated as quantities on purpose. Updates use real business information — I cannot invent ten promotions, events or announcements that did not happen, and photos of your premises, work and team come from you.
Included in management
Customer actions first, visibility second, what I published last. Publishing ten posts is not a business result, so it never leads the report. Only metrics Google actually provides for your profile appear — nothing is filled in where the data does not exist.
A short next-step section, not a second invoice. Anything that turns out to be a separate product is named as one instead of quietly appearing inside the €60.
If a month produced no usable data for a metric, the report says so. An invented number would defeat the only purpose the report has.
Reviews
Responding to reviews is execution work inside management, not advice you have to act on yourself. Getting new reviews is a different matter, and most of what the market sells there is against Google’s rules.
The direct review link is a small helpful item during ongoing work, not a headline deliverable and not part of the €200 setup checklist.
Verification
Verification is Google’s process, not mine. I can prepare everything around it and explain exactly what is being asked, but when Google asks the business to confirm itself, the owner has to take part. I never impersonate a business owner.
Google approval is never guaranteed, and verification delays are excluded from the 2-working-day setup timeframe. If a profile is suspended, the normal setup and management products cannot proceed until the account is available again — reinstatement and appeals are outside this service.
Two different products
The Google profile helps customers discover and evaluate the business in Maps and local results. SEO pages give Google Search dedicated website destinations for specific service intents. Both are local-search entry points; they are separate pieces of work with separate prices.
Not every profile client needs SEO pages, and nothing here is bundled into the profile price. How SEO pages work
Who this is for
That means a real location, or a genuine service area under Google’s rules. Location matters for the market, not for who I work with: the business can be in Spain, elsewhere in Europe or in another supported market, as long as a real eligible profile can exist there.
If the business is online-only, this is probably the wrong TREZVO product — I will say so rather than sell it. There are no eligibility workarounds here, because the ones that exist get profiles suspended.
Pricing
Per profile, in both cases. Nothing below is conditional on a call, and the minimum term is on the card rather than in the small print.
€200
one-time, per profile / real location
€60
per month, per profile
These two prices are also listed beside every other TREZVO service: see full pricing
The limit
Google decides local results using signals nobody outside Google controls. I can improve the quality, accuracy and maintenance of the profile — which is the part that is actually in anyone’s hands — but I do not control Google’s ranking system, and I will not sell you a position in it.
What Google weighs, and TREZVO does not control
So there is no promise of a top-3 position, a #1 placement, a guaranteed ranking increase or a guaranteed number of calls anywhere on this page. What is promised is the work, the quantities and the reporting.
FAQ
€200 one-time, per profile and per real location.
Review or configuration of the profile, primary and secondary categories, the business description, services, service area or address, opening hours, phone, website with UTM tagging where useful, logo and cover, the real photos you supply, factual attributes, an initial Google update, and a baseline of the available metrics where Google has them.
Typically within 2 working days after I receive access and all the required business information. Google verification delays sit outside that timeframe, because Google controls them.
Yes, for a real eligible business where a Google Business Profile is appropriate. I cannot promise Google will approve it.
I prepare the profile and explain exactly what Google is asking for, but whenever Google asks the business to verify itself — by video, phone or email — the owner has to take part. I never impersonate a business owner.
No. Reinstatement and appeals are outside this service. If an account is suspended, the normal setup and management work cannot proceed until the account is available again.
No. Duplicate discovery, merge requests, duplicate removal and ownership-conflict resolution are not part of this product. If a duplicate blocks the work, I tell you it is a blocker instead of quietly absorbing it.
No, and neither can anyone else. Google decides local results using relevance, proximity, prominence, competition and its own platform decisions. I work on the profile quality that is genuinely controllable.
€60 per month, per profile, with a 3-month minimum — €180 for one profile.
10 Google updates or posts, up to 10 new photos you supply, business information and hours updates, a services and category review, written responses to your real reviews, monitoring of visible profile changes, a monthly report and a recommendation for the next month.
Yes. Writing and publishing responses to your real customer reviews is part of management, not advice you have to act on yourself. For a sensitive or disputed review I ask you for the facts before answering.
I do not generate, buy or incentivise reviews, and I do not run a review-request campaign. I can give you your direct Google review link when it is useful.
No. You supply the real photos of your premises, work and team; I select, crop, format, arrange and publish them. Professional photography is not part of €60/month, and I will not generate images and pass them off as your business.
No. SEO service and location pages are a separate TREZVO product with its own price. The profile work and the website work do not overlap.
No. The business has to meet Google’s eligibility rules for real storefront or service-area businesses that serve customers in person. Online-only businesses generally do not qualify.
No. Send a Google Maps or Business Profile link and I will review the public profile and reply within 24 hours with what I would fix first.
Send the profile
A Google Maps or Business Profile link is enough — or your website, if you cannot find the profile link. I’ll review the public profile and reply within 24 hours.
